Does it apply to questions regarding orders, delivery, invoices, complaints or other questions?

In order for us to be able to help you in the best possible way, we need in the same email:

1. A copy of your order confirmation or your order number and the full name of the customer (The paper you received from your seller detailing what you have purchased and your details)

NOTE! Remember that the entire paper must be visible without the receipt and it must be in high resolution so that it is readable.

2. Description of your case in detail so we know exactly what we can help you with. (Preferably in point form on what needs to be done/advertised)

3. For complaints please send us a short video where you show and explain the fault of the item. Please start by filming the entire item from a distance first so that you can see the whole and which part of which item applies. Then you can zoom in.
