Terms of Purchase

Formation of contract
Your order is an offer. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order with an order confirmation by email.

Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT (25%). Any additional services are stated separately before purchase.

Payment
We offer payment by Klarna (invoice and instalments), card, Swish and bank transfer. Credit and instalment terms are set by the respective payment provider, and a credit check may be carried out on application.

Delivery
Delivery is made in accordance with our Shipping Policy. The estimated delivery time is stated there and at purchase.

Right of withdrawal and returns
For distance purchases, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Terms, return costs and the return address are stated in our Refund Policy.

Complaints
You have the right to complain about defects in the goods under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (a three-year right of complaint). Contact our customer service as soon as you discover a defect.

Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Line Design & Beauty AB until full payment has been made.

Dispute resolution
If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in ARN's review and follow its recommendations.

Applicable law
Swedish law applies to the contract.

Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or hindrances due to circumstances beyond our control, such as labour disputes, transport disruptions or supplier shortages.
