SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully when you buy our products. This policy applies to all orders you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-store pickup In-store pickup is available for smaller items at no cost.
Pickup from warehouse Pickup from the warehouse is available for all items at no cost. Note! You may assemble the item yourself. Your right of complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act is not affected by self-assembly; however, damage caused by incorrect self-assembly does not constitute an original defect in the item.
Free delivery We offer free delivery on all items. The estimated delivery time is approximately 8–12 weeks from the date we accept your order and receive full payment, unless otherwise stated. The risk for the item passes to you when you have received it; we are responsible for transport damage that occurs before delivery. Please inspect the item on receipt and report any visible transport damage to us within a reasonable time, e.g. via WhatsApp +46 70 489 83 88.
All times and dates stated for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are only estimates. Unless otherwise specified, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will take place within approx. 8–12 weeks after the day we accept your order and receive full payment. DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
- Denmark
- Finland
For other countries there is a minimum order of SEK 100,000 – please email Kundservice@LineFurniture.se for more specific information about your country. Additional costs apply to international orders.
Please note that we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to certain international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable in the country where you live and will be responsible for any such extra costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If the delivery is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you of a revised estimated delivery date.
